About Us

Our multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment at GPCHS includes the coordination of patient care among all necessary medical specialists: surgical oncologists, radiation oncologists, rehabilitation specialists, counseling care providers, and more.  Our practice coordinates an array of  referrals, often physician-to-physician, to discuss the unique needs of each patient. By incorporating this multidisciplinary approach to cancer treatment, the stress of patients having to manage appointments with several caregivers is greatly reduced. Instead, our oncologists coordinate the cancer care and reduce the burden on the patient.

At other cancer centers, patients are often treated by fellows, residents, or even a rotating physician assignment.  The GPCHS care model encourages the ultimate level of patient satisfaction because care is always personally-driven by our doctors who best understand the patient’s unique needs.  Our valued patients are assigned an attending physician that serves as the care facilitator throughout the patient’s treatment and follow-up.  Our nurse practitioners and physician assistants serve as additional resources to support this model of care.

GPCHS is committed to the latest technological and clinical advancements while providing truly effective, compassionate care for those with cancer. We are dedicated  to staying abreast of the most current innovations in the rapidly changing world of cancer through our key involvement in clinical trials and protocols.
